By creating a MyECP account you gain instant, 24 hours a day access to information about your medications. You can review a list of your medications, track your orders, make payments and more! Using our pill tracking system you are also able to set up email and text message notifications when it is time to take your meds. What kind of information will I need for verification?
To verify your identity we will need to collect a few pieces of information. This includes your date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your current zip code. If we do not have this information on file please call us at 1-877-355-7225 x2 to update your records.

Why should I make a Team Member Member Account?
By creating a MyECP Team Member Member account you gain instant, 24 hours a day access to information about the medications yours patient, friend or family member is currently taking. In addition to medication information, you are also able to login as your patient, track orders, message the patient, and more! If you are the care giver of an ExactCare patient please click Register above to begin.

How does the approval process work?
After completing the registration steps above your account will be reviewed by our team to ensure you are authorized and linked to the correct patient. If you are recognized as a valid contact you will be verified and notified via email that you can begin to access your ExactCare patient’s MyECP account. If we have any questions or need further verification our team will reach out to you using the phone number you provided.
